Michael Kenslea moved to Ogunquit in 1971 and has been a permanent resident of the seacoast since that time. With a lifetime spent in banking, including founder and President of Olde Port Bank, he began his second career in Real Estate in 1996. Christine has been involved in the Real Estate profession for over 9 years coming from an accounting background having worked as a CPA and operations/risk analyst for such companies as Deloitte & Touche, The Hertz Corporation and Pearson, Inc. Having spent many summers growing up in Ogunquit, and having called this area her home for over 10 years, Christine can give firsthand personal knowledge of what it is like to either own a second home, or relocate into this beautiful area. Given her past employment background, Christine brings a varied business and analytical approach to handling real estate transactions and works hard to ensure her clients are serviced in a professional and timely manner. She is extremely happy to be joining Perkins Real Estate and in putting her resources behind such a longstanding and professional organization.
Michael Jones has been a licensed Broker since 1986. Having managed offices for both Realty World and Century 21, he received multiple top agent awards for production, and spent 9 years as a top producing agent in the Re/Max system. He formerly owned and operated Gateway Realty in Millbury Massachusetts. In 2006 he purchased a Cape Neddick vacation home and fell in love with the Maine seacoast, relocating full time in 2007. Licensed in Maine since then, he is proud to be a member of the sales team at Perkins Real Estate. Michael's many years of experience are in residential sales and especially new construction, and he has served the buying and selling public with knowledge, professionalism, and enthusiasm. Dan Pender was raised in Brunswick, Maine and is a graduate of Northeastern University. He was employed in banking for over 25 years in Boston area banks in officer positions including trust, mortgage, credit and lending. He has since owned and operated a motel, inn and antique shop in Ogunquit and has been in real estate for over 4 years. He looks forward to serving past and new customers with their real estate decisions with honesty, integrity and enthusiasm that has always been associated with Perkins Real Estate.
